Thank you for your subscription to LifenTimes! We look forward to helping you tell the story of your loved one and keep your memories alive.

1.    You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly with a link to the LifenTimes Story Page Information Form.  Complete the form, and when you’re done, just click “Submit” at the bottom of the form.  We know it may take some time to decide on how you want to tell your story and to gather pictures, so at any time you may save your progress and return later to continue until you’re happy with the story.  (If you would rather, you may develop the story, with pictures, in a Word document and e-mail it, along with your name, address, phone, and e-mail address, to stories@lifentimes.net.)

2.    When we receive the form, we will format it into a web page and send it to you for approval before publishing it to the LifenTimes site.

3.    Once published, we will send you a QR code to be used on a headstone or niche.
